2026 Spring Clinic

Get ready for the 2026 season with our Spring Clinic! Coach Heidi is here to help your swimmers master their technique, starts, and turns. Heidi will be at all clinic times. Registration, Payment and Waivers will all be done through McMillan Swim School.

DETAILS

When: March 2 – April 2 (Monday–Thursday)

Make-ups: I have CV meets on 3/10, 3/26, and 4/1. If your session falls on one of those days, just come by on Friday of that week

Where: Woodlands Cabana 111 Longleaf Drive

Gear: fins, cap, and goggles

TIMES

Beginner (Ages 5-9): 4:00 – 4:30 PM (Must be proficient in free & back)

Intermediate (Ages 8-12): 4:30 – 5:10 PM

Advanced (Ages 11+): 5:15 – 6:00 PM

PRICING

2 days $175* (members) & $200 (non-members)

4 days $225* (members) & $250 (non-members)

* Members must use coupon WCC10 to get accurate member pricing

Pool Rules

● Pool rules are posted by Woodlands Cabana Club and must be followed.

● No pets are allowed in the pool area.

● No glass in or around the pool area.

● All children on deck must be supervised by an adult.
